Yarralin
Yarralin is located 380km south-west of Katherine, just off the Buchanan Highway. The health centre is staffed by a health centre coordinator, a doctor, remote area nurses and support staff. It is regularly visited by specialist services and various KWHB program staff.
The local population is about 300 people. The health centre and staff also service the nearby Victoria River Downs station, which can host up to 100 staff members in the high season. The road to Yarralin is unsealed from the highway and can be impassable in the wet season.

Appointments and home visits
Clients are seen on a ‘walk in’ basis- the health centre does not make set appointments.
Home visits are offered to people who require them. Where a home visit is requested the health centre team will endeavour to provide this service.
